• Mr. Li Guiping

  
  the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer

  Mr. Li Guiping (李贵平), born in January 1965, with Chinese nationality and without the right of permanent residence abroad, is currently the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of the Company. Mr. Li Guiping is also a member of the Nomination Committee.

  
  

  Mr. Li Guiping obtained a bachelor’s degree in engineering with a major in industrial management engineering from the college of management of Shanghai Jiao Tong University (上海交通大学) in the PRC in July 1986 and a master’s degree in science from Southern Connecticut State University in the United States in May 1993. Mr. Li Guiping obtained the qualification of senior economist from the Department of Human Resources of Guangdong Province (广东省人事厅) in January 2000. In November 2014, Mr. Li Guiping completed the Berkeley Institute on Higher Education Program for Executives from Chinese State Enterprises in the Center for Studies in Higher Education, University of California, Berkeley, the United States.

  
  

  Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Li Guiping held various positions in CIMC Group from 1987 to 2009, including the head of various operation and production departments from June 1987 to October 1989, an assistant manager of airport equipment department from October 1989 to August 1991, and a deputy manager and the deputy general manager of container operation department from February 1993 to April 2009. Mr. Li Guiping joined the Group in April 2003 and has served in various management positions including directorship of certain subsidiaries, associates and/or portfolio companies of the Company. He served as the deputy general manager of the Company from April 2003 to March 2010, the general manager of the Company from March 2010 to January 2018, the Chief Executive Officer, the President and a director from January 2018 to September 2024, and has acted as the Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer since September 2024. In addition to his positions within the Group, Mr. Li Guiping has served as an executive director of Shenzhen Long Yuan Gang Cheng Investment and Development Co., Ltd. since December 2015, and acted as the chairman of the board of directors at Jiangsu Wanjing Technology Co., Ltd from May 2018 to July 2024. 

  
  

  From 2012 to 2020, Mr. Li Guiping was elected as the vice president of China Association of Automobile Manufacturers and the chairman of the special vehicle branch association of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers. In October 2016, he was appointed as an adjunct professor of Jiangsu University. From June 2017 to June 2020, he was appointed as a visiting professor of Shenzhen University. In July 2018, he was elected as a director of the Federation of Shenzhen Commerce (深圳市深商总会).

• Mr. Zeng Han

  Mr. Zeng Han (曾邗), born in May 1975, with Chinese nationality and without the right of permanent residence abroad, is currently a director of the Company. Mr. Zeng Han is also the chairman of the Strategy and Investment Committee and a member of the Audit Committee and the Risk Control Committee.

  
  

  Mr. Zeng Han graduated from Hangzhou Institute of Electronic Engineering (杭州电子工业学院) with a bachelor’s degree in economics in July 1996, and later graduated from Jiangsu University of Science and Technology with a master’s degree in management in June 1999. Mr. Zeng Han is a certified public accountant in China.

  
  

  Mr. Zeng Han joined CIMC Group in 1999, and served as manager of the accounting division of the financial management department, assistant general manager, deputy general manager and executive deputy general manager of the financial management department successively. From 2009 to 2010, he acted as manager of the financial department of CIMC Enric Holdings Limited (a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 3899)). Since 2015, he has successively served as director of subsidiaries of CIMC Group including CIMC Container （Group） Co., Ltd. (dhy大红鹰集装箱（集团）有限公司), CIMC Enric Holdings Limited, Yantai CIMC Raffles Offshore Ltd. (烟台dhy大红鹰来福士海洋工程有限公司) , CIMC-TianDa Holdings Company Limited (dhy大红鹰天达控股有限公司), and CIMC Capital Holdings Co. Ltd. (dhy大红鹰资本控股有限公司). Meanwhile, he acts as the chairman of the board of directors at Shenzhen CIMC Investment Co., Ltd. (深圳市dhy大红鹰投资有限公司), CIMC Wetrans Logistics Technology (Group) Co., Ltd. (dhy大红鹰世联达物流科技(集团)股份有限公司), the general manager of Shenzhen Southern CIMC Containers Manufacture Co., Ltd. (深圳南方dhy大红鹰集装箱制造有限公司), the general manager of the financial informatization project department of CIMC. Mr. Zeng Han has served as general manager of the financial management department of CIMC Group since March 2017. In January 2018, he was appointed as general manager of the financial management department which has been established by consolidating the former financial management department and the former capital management department. He has served as Chief Financial Officer of CIMC Group since March 26, 2020, and Vice President of CIMC Group since March 28, 2023.

• Mr. Wang Yu

  Mr. Wang Yu (王宇), born in April 1972, with Chinese nationality , is a director of the Company. Mr. Wang Yu is also the chairman of the Risk Control Committee and a member of the Strategy and Investment Committee.

  
  

  Mr. Wang Yu obtained a bachelor’s degree in transportation management from Dalian Maritime University (大连海事大学, formerly known as Dalian Maritime College (大连海运学院)) in the PRC in July 1993 and a master’s degree in law from Dalian Maritime University (大连海事大学) in the PRC in June 1996. Mr. Wang Yu obtained lawyer’s qualification certificate from the Ministry of Justice of the PRC in July 1996. Mr. Wang Yu is currently an arbitrator in China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (中国国际经济贸易仲裁委员会) and Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (深圳国际仲裁院).

  
  

  Mr. Wang Yu joined the Group in November 2014 and has served as a director of the Company since then. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Wang Yu worked for International Data Group (China) Investment Ltd. (国际数据(中国)投资有限公司) as the legal counsel from January 2001 to December 2002. From 2003 to August 2023, Mr. Wang Yu served as the general manager of legal department of CIMC Group. Since May 2018, he has served as an assistant to the president of CIMC Group. He is currently a director of certain subsidiaries, associates and/or portfolio companies of CIMC Group, including a director of CIMC-TianDa Holdings (Shenzhen) Company Limited (dhy大红鹰天达控股(深圳)有限公司), a non-executive director of CIMC Enric Holdings Limited (a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 3899)), the chairman and the general manager of Shenzhen Qianhai CIMC Qigu Investment Co., Ltd. (深圳前海dhy大红鹰麒谷投资有限公司).

• Mr. Hejin

  Mr. He Jin(贺瑾), born in July 1979, with Chinese nationality but without permanent residency abroad, is a director of the Company. Mr. He Jin is also a member of the Remuneration Committee. Mr. He Jin graduated from Hunan University in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in law. 

  
  

  Mr. He Jin is currently the general manager of the human resources department of CIMC Group. Mr. He Jin joined CIMC Group in October 2003. He worked for Shenzhen Southern CIMC Containers Manufacture Co., Ltd. from October 2003 to December 2007, and CIMC (Chongqing) Logistics Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. from December 2007 to February 2009. He has worked at the human resources department of CIMC Group since February 2009. Mr He Jin is currently the director and general manager of Dongguan CIMC Enterprise Management Service Co., Ltd. (东莞dhy大红鹰企业管理服务有限公司), a holding subsidiary of CIMC Group, and a director of CIMC Management Training (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd. (dhy大红鹰管理培训(深圳)有限公司), Shenzhen CIMC Logistics Service Co., Ltd. (深圳dhy大红鹰共享后勤服务有限公司) and Shenzhen CIMC Tongchuang Supply Chain Co., Ltd. (深圳dhy大红鹰同创供应链有限公司).

• Mr. Zhou Xiaofeng

  Mr. Zhou Xiaofeng (周晓峰), born in November 1969, with Chinese nationality and without the right of permanent residence abroad, obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics, and is currently a director of the Company. He joined the Communist Party of China in March 1997. Mr. Zhou Xiaofeng has been serving as the chairman of Ningbo Huaxiang Electronics Co., Ltd. (宁波华翔电子股份有限公司) (a company listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 002048)) . He currently holds  the positions of an executive director of Ningbo FengMei Equity Investment Co., Ltd. (宁波峰梅股权投资有限公司),an executive director of Ningbo FengMei Holdings Co., Ltd. (宁波峰梅控股有限公司), an executive director of Ningbo FengMei Trading Co., Ltd. (宁波峰梅贸易有限公司), an executive director of Ningbo FengMei Properties Co., Ltd. (宁波峰梅置业有限公司), a director of Fawer Automotive Parts Co., Ltd. (富奥汽车零部件股份有限公司), among others.

• Ms. Mao Yi

  Ms. Mao Yi (毛弋), born in January 1975, with Chinese nationality and without the right of permanent residence abroad, is currently the vice president of the Company. Ms. Mao Yi completed her undergraduate studies in Enterprise Management at Shenzhen University between September 1992 and July 1996, receiving a Bachelor of Economics, and obtained the Master's degree of Business Administration (MBA) at The University of Hong Kong from July 2016 to November 2018.

  Prior to joining the Group, Ms. Mao Yi served as a secretary to the general manager of Shenzhen Qianhai Co., Ltd. from July 1996 to June 1997; a business assistant in the strategic development department and the container operation department at China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. from July 1997 to January 2002. Ms. Mao Yi formally joined the Group in January 2002 and has held various positions in the Group. Ms. Mao Yi served as a sales assistant and an administrative assistant to the general manager of the Company from January 2002 to September 2010; she worked as the manager of the human resources department at the Company from September 2010 to April 2018; she served as director of human resources of the Company from April 2018 to February 2022; she served as the assistant president of the Company from September 2019 to January 2022；she served as the joint company secretary of the Company from July 2022 to June 2024; she served as the secretary of the Board of the Company from July 2022 to August 2025; she has acted as the vice president of the Company since January 2022;  she has served as the COO of Star-chained Business Division since January 2026; she has served as a director of the company since May2026.

  Ms. Mao Yi currently works as the chairman of Shenzhen CIMC Vehicles Park Investment and Management Co., Ltd., Shaanxi CIMC Vehicle Industrial Park Investment and Development Co., Ltd., Shaanxi CIMC Vehicle Industrial Park Property Management Co., Ltd., Chengdu CIMC Traffic Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Shenyang CIMC Industrial Park Investment and Development Co., Ltd., Chengdu CIMC Industrial Park Investment and Development Co., Ltd., and Chengdu CIMC Industrial Park Management Co., Ltd., which are subsidiaries of China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. Ms. Mao Yi currently serves as the chairman of Jiangsu Wanjing Technology Co., Ltd., an investee company of the Company and the director of Mortiseon Smart Technology Co., Ltd., an investee company of the Company; she serves as a supervisor of Shenzhen Qiyuan Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Long Yuan Gang Cheng Investment and Development Co., Ltd., and the managing partner of Shenzhen Huixin Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership). 

• Ms. Liu Ning

  Ms. Liu Ning (刘宁), born in 1968, with Chinese nationality and without the right of permanent residence abroad, and holds a master’s degree in business administration. She is currently an independent director of the Company. Ms. Liu Ning is also the chairlady of the Nomination Committee as well as a member of Audit Committee and Risk Control Committee.

  
  

  Ms. Liu Ning served as the deputy general manager and the secretary of the Board of China Merchants Shekou Industrial Zone Holdings Co., Ltd., a non-executive director of China Merchants Land Limited,and an independent director of Fuhua Tongda Chemical Co., Ltd. (福华通达化学股份有限公司). She currently acts as an independent director of Han’s Laser Technology Industry Group Co., Ltd, an independent director of Guangdong TCL Smart Home Appliances Co., Ltd. (广东TCL智慧家电股份有限公司) ,a director of Sunway Co., Ltd. (尚纬股份有限公司),and an independent non-executive director of Caocao Inc. (曹操出行有限公司).

• Ms. Li Qi

  Ms. Li Qi (李琦), born in June 1970, with Chinese nationality and without the right of permanent residence abroad. She is currently an independent director of the Company. Ms. Li Qi is also the chairlady of the Audit Committee as well as a member of Remuneration Committee and Strategy and Investment Committee.

  
  

  Ms. Li Qi obtained a bachelor’s degree in economics from Zhejiang University in July 1991, a master’s degree from School of Economics of Peking University in July 1993, and a doctor’s degree from Guanghua School of Management of Peking University in August 2003. Ms. Li Qi is currently an associate professor of the Department of Accounting of Guanghua School of Management of Peking University. Ms. Li Qi successively served as a teaching assistant and lecturer of the Department of Accounting, the assistant dean, and the deputy secretary of Party Committee of Guanghua School of Management of Peking University since she worked at the Department of Accounting of Guanghua School of Management of Peking University in September 1993. Ms. Li Qi currently acts as an independent director of China Merchants Port Group Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Nagamori Machinery Co., Ltd. Besides, she once served as an independent director of Guangdong Nanyue Bank and Lianlian DigiTech Co., Ltd.

• Mr. Jiang Xu

  Mr. Jiang Xu (姜旭), born in January 1966, with Chinese nationality and without the right of permanent residence abroad, is currently an independent director of the Company. Mr. Jiang Xu is also the chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee.

  
  

  Mr. Jiang Xu obtained a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Zhejiang University in July 1987, a master’s degree in international business administration from International University of Japan in 1996, and a master’s degree in business administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in the United States in 2000.

  
  

  Mr. Jiang Xu has been serving as a managing director at DHR Global since June 2026. Prior to that, Mr. Jiang Xu served as senior consultant, principal consultant and associate partner successively at PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting and IBM Global Business Division from 2001 to 2007, senior partner at Korn Ferry International from 2010 to 2018, and partner at Heidrick & Struggles from 2019 to March 2026.

In addition to his positions within the Group, Mr. Li Guiping has served as an executive director of Shenzhen Long Yuan Gang Cheng Investment and Development Co., Ltd. since December 2015, and acted as the chairman of the board of directors at Jiangsu Wanjing Technology Co., Ltd from May 2018 to July 2024.

• Mr. Zhujiang Wang

  
  President

  Mr. Wang Zhujiang(王柱江), born in October 1964, with Chinese nationality and without the right of permanent residence abroad. Mr. Wang Zhujiang held a master’s degree in business administration, is currently the President of the Company. 

  
  

  Mr. Wang Zhujiang acted as the general manager of Wuhu CIMC Ruijiang Automobile Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Company, from March 2007 to May 2021. He served as a Senior Vice President of the core strategic development project of the Company from June 2021 to November 2021. Since December 2021, he has acted as the head of the team of the Group for the preparation of the establishment of the “Champion Tanker” business group. Since January 2022, he has served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Champion Tanker business group. He served as a Senior Vice President of the company from January 2022 to September 2024. He served as the Chief Technology Officer of the Company from January 20224to September 2024. Since September 2024, he has acted as the President of the Company. Mr. Wang Zhujiang is currently an executive director of Wuhu Ruijiang Investment Co., Ltd.

• Mr. Zhu Yue

  
  Executive Vice President

  Mr. Zhu Yue (朱越), born in 1984, with Chinese nationality and without the right of permanent residence abroad. He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), graduating from Darden School of Business at University of Virginia in the United States with the honor of William Michael Shermet Award. Mr. Zhu Yue graduated from Renmin University of China with a double bachelor’s degree in economics and philosophy. He has passed all the examinations for the Chinese Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualifications. Mr. Zhu Yue currently serves as the executive vice president (EVP) of the Group.

  Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Zhu Yue worked at McKinsey & Company from October 2017 to March 2026, successively holding positions including consultant, engagement manager, associate partner and global managing partner. During the period, he was responsible for the organizational operation model of the “Star-Chained Manufacturing Network” and the top-level design and implementation of business transformation planning, and successfully promoted the structural reform of the production organizations for Star-Chained semi-trailer and liquid tanker. Mr. Zhu Yue assisted in the strategy design for China Merchants Group and supported its 2019 annual quality and efficiency improvement initiative, successfully advancing the implementation of group-level transformation measures. He also led a number of large-scale projects for enterprise’s strategic upgrading, financial transformation and capital operation, achieving a significant improvement in operation efficiency. Prior to this, Mr. Zhu Yue worked at several multinational institutions, including Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, Ernst & Young and Starr Financial Group (史带金融集团). Mr. Zhu Yue currently serves as the person in charge of Suzhou Industrial Park Yushun Yuetong Consulting Office (苏州工业园区禹顺越通咨询工作室) (Sole Proprietorship), and as the legal representative, director, and chief financial officer of Shanghai Yutong Yueshun Management Consulting Co., Ltd. (上海禹通越顺管理咨询有限公司).

  
  

• Mr. Zhan Rui

  
  Chief Financial Officer

  Mr. Zhan Rui (占锐), born in 1981, with Chinese nationality and without the right of permanent residence abroad. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in Global Economy and Trade from the Zhongnan University of Economics and Law and a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Cardiff University, United Kingdom. He is currently a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. 

  
  

  Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Zhan Rui worked as the tax consultant of PricewaterhouseCoopers Zhong Tian LLP Shenzhen Branch since 2007. Mr. Zhan Rui joined the Group in January 2011 as the financial executive in the finance department of the Company. From 2012 to 2013, he served as the financial director of subsidiaries of the Company in Australia and was responsible for the financial management matters of those subsidiaries. From 2013 to 2015, Mr. Zhan Rui acted as the financial director of CIMC Silvergreen GmbH in Europe and was responsible for the financial management matters of CIMC Silvergreen GmbH and its subsidiaries. In 2015, Mr. Zhan Rui served as the deputy manager of the global financial management department of the Company, as well as the head of financing and capital planning management department. From 2015 to 2017, Mr. Zhan Rui completed the construction of the fund management function and the overseas corporate financial management system of the Company. In June 2017, Mr. Zhan Rui served as the business manager for the southern hemisphere region of the global business expansion department of the Company. From 2018 to February 2020, he acted as the managing director of the subsidiaries of the Company in Australia, fully managing the businesses of 3 factories and 2 subsidiaries of the Company in Australia. Mr. Zhan Rui served as the financial controller from March 2020 to December 2021 and acted as the financial director of the Group from December 2021 to March 2025. Mr. Zhan Rui has served as Chief Financial Officer since March 2025.

  
  

• Mr. Ding Zhengxiang

  
  Senior Vice President

  Mr. Ding Zhengxiang, is of Chinese nationality without the right of permanent residency abroad. Mr. Ding Zhengxiang is currently the senior vice president of the company.

  Mr. Ding Zhengxiang joined China International  Marine  Containers  (Group)  Co.,  Ltd.  in  1991 and worked as a production dispatcher in CIMC-Tianda Airport Support Co.,  Ltd.  and  CIMC  Heavy Machinery Ltd. from 1993 to  2000; he  served as  a  director of  the production assembly and  a production director of the Trailer Project in  Southern CIMC Containers Manufacture Co., Ltd.  from 2000 to 2003; he joined Shenzhen CIMC Vehicle Co., Ltd., a  former subsidiary of the Group,  as a deputy manager of the production department and the quality control department in January  2004; from 2007 to 2010, he was assigned to CIMCC-SMM Vehicles (Thailand) CO., LTD. as assistant general manager, and then returned to Shenzhen CIMC Vehicle Co., Ltd. as an assistant general manager and deputy general manager. From 2014 to 2023, he served as the  general  manager of  CIMC Vehicle (Jiangmen) Co., Ltd., a  subsidiary of  the Group, the general manager    of Shenzhen CIMC Vehicle Co., Ltd., a former subsidiary of the Group, and the chairman of Shandong Wanshida Special Purpose Vehicle Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Group; since February 2023, Mr. Ding Zhengxiang has served as the assistant president of the Company.

  From February 2023 to March 2024, Mr. Ding Zhengxiang served as the Assistant President of the Company. He has served as Senior Vice President of the Company since March 2024. 

  Mr. Ding Zhengxiang is currently the CEO of Star-chained LTP Group of the Company and the chairman of the board of directors of a number of subsidiaries of the Group,  including  CIMC Vehicle (Jiangmen) Co., Ltd.. Mr. Ding Zhengxiang is the managing partner Jiangmen Yinchuang Investment Partnership Enterprise (Limited Partnership).

  
  

• Ms. Mao Yi

  Ms. Mao Yi (毛弋), born in January 1975, with Chinese nationality and without the right of permanent residence abroad, is currently the vice president of the Company. Ms. Mao Yi completed her undergraduate studies in Enterprise Management at Shenzhen University between September 1992 and July 1996, receiving a Bachelor of Economics, and obtained the Master's degree of Business Administration (MBA) at The University of Hong Kong from July 2016 to November 2018.

  Prior to joining the Group, Ms. Mao Yi served as a secretary to the general manager of Shenzhen Qianhai Co., Ltd. from July 1996 to June 1997; a business assistant in the strategic development department and the container operation department at China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. from July 1997 to January 2002. Ms. Mao Yi formally joined the Group in January 2002 and has held various positions in the Group. Ms. Mao Yi served as a sales assistant and an administrative assistant to the general manager of the Company from January 2002 to September 2010; she worked as the manager of the human resources department at the Company from September 2010 to April 2018; she served as director of human resources of the Company from April 2018 to February 2022; she served as the assistant president of the Company from September 2019 to January 2022；she served as the joint company secretary of the Company from July 2022 to June 2024; she served as the secretary of the Board of the Company from July 2022 to August 2025; she has acted as the vice president of the Company since January 2022;  she has served as the COO of Star-chained Business Division since January 2026; she has served as a director of the company since May2026.

  Ms. Mao Yi currently works as the chairman of Shenzhen CIMC Vehicles Park Investment and Management Co., Ltd., Shaanxi CIMC Vehicle Industrial Park Investment and Development Co., Ltd., Shaanxi CIMC Vehicle Industrial Park Property Management Co., Ltd., Chengdu CIMC Traffic Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., Shenyang CIMC Industrial Park Investment and Development Co., Ltd., Chengdu CIMC Industrial Park Investment and Development Co., Ltd., and Chengdu CIMC Industrial Park Management Co., Ltd., which are subsidiaries of China International Marine Containers (Group) Co., Ltd. Ms. Mao Yi currently serves as the chairman of Jiangsu Wanjing Technology Co., Ltd., an investee company of the Company and the director of Mortiseon Smart Technology Co., Ltd., an investee company of the Company; she serves as a supervisor of Shenzhen Qiyuan Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. and Shenzhen Long Yuan Gang Cheng Investment and Development Co., Ltd., and the managing partner of Shenzhen Huixin Enterprise Management Center (Limited Partnership). 

• Mr. Li Xiaofu

  
  Vice President

  Mr. Li Xiaofu(李晓甫), born in October 1984, with Chinese nationality and without the right of permanent residence abroad, is currently a vice president of the Company. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in engineering with a major in ground weapon motor engineering from Beijing Institute of Technology and a doctor’s degree in engineering with a major in vehicle engineering from South China University of Technology. 
  

  
  

  Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Li Xiaofu served as an engineer of electrical control branch of high-tech department in Automotive Engineering Institute of Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (GAEI). Mr. Li Xiaofu joined the Group in October 2013 and served as a senior research and development engineer at research and development center of the Company up to March 2015. Mr. Li Xiaofu subsequently served as a senior research and development engineer and project leader of the Light Tower project from March 2015 to September 2017, primarily responsible for “Light Tower” plant planning, application research on auto-manufacturing technology in semi-trailer manufacturing, leading the team, coordinating several cross-departmental and cross-enterprise upgrading projects of “Manufacturing Light-towerlization” in the Group. Mr. Li Xiaofu subsequently served as an office director of our technology office from September 2017 to July 2018, primarily responsible for assisting the chief technology officer in managing the chief technology officer and structuring three-core working system, relevant designing and manufacturing for various product platforms, incubating and managing digital projects. Mr. Li Xiaofu has made outstanding contributions to the Group over the years, successively served as the Group's Technical Director and Chief Technology Officer from July 2018 to December 2023, primarily responsible for the overall technology of the Group,  Mr. Li Xiaofu has served as the nonemployee representative Supervisor from December 7, 2018 to November 30, 2021. Mr. Li Xiaofu has served as the chief executive officer of the Truck Bodies Business Strategy Division from June 2021 to May, 2022, and the chief executive officer and president of the Truck Bodies Business Group from June 2022 to December 2023. Mr. Li Xiaofu has served as the president of Champion Tanker Business Group from January 2024 to February 2025. From  February 2025 to August 2025, Mr. Li Xiaofu acted as the chief executive officer of Big Leap Liquid Tankers LTP Group, the general manager of the Big Leap Yangluo LTP center, and the general manager of the Big Leap Wuhu LTP center,since August 2025,he has served as the chief executive officer of Star-chained Liquid Tanker LTP Group. Mr. Li Xiaofu acted as a director of Shenzhen Shuxiang Technology Co., Ltd., an investee company of the Company, from June 2018 to June 2020. Mr. Li serves as a director of Shenzhen SF-Trailernet Technology Co., Ltd., an investee company of the Company . Since 2018,he has acted as  a supervisor of Jiangsu Wanjing Technology Co., Ltd.,and investee of the Company.

• Ms. Wang Jiahui

  
  Secretary of the Board

  Ms. Wang Jiahui (王佳慧), born in April 1984, with Chinese nationality and without the right of permanent residence abroad, is currently the secretary of the Board of the Company.

  
  

  Ms. Wang Jiahui graduated from Jiangsu University of Science and Technology in July 2006. Ms. Wang Jiahui completed Board secretary training in August 2025 and obtained the relevant certification.

  
  

  Prior to joining the Group, Ms. Wang Jiahui joined China Merchants Group in July 2006, serving as marketing supervisor of the marketing department at Yiu Lian Dockyards Limited (a subsidiary of China Merchants Industry Holdings Co., Ltd.). In 2013, she served as the international marketing director and marketing manager at Shenzhen CIMC Intralogistics Systems Co., Ltd. Ms. Wang Jiahui joined the Group in 2019 and has held the following positions within the Group: from May 2019 to May 2020, she served as an assistant for the overseas COO project of the Company; from May 2020 to November 2021, she served as a project manager of the international marketing department of the Company; from November 2021 to December 2024, she served as a CEO project assistant and a senior project director; from January 2025 to August 2025, she served as the Board Secretaries Partner of the Company; from January 2025, she has served as the head of the Chairman’s offcie working group; from August 2025, she has acted as the secretary of the Board of the Company.
